Among the billboards seen while riding the highways and expressways of Illinois are those produced by Chicago-based J&B Signs, Inc. Bob Hoelterhoff, an advertising and marketing executive, established his out-of-home company in 1981, and has grown it to be Metro Chicago's largest independent billboard company.

In addition to taking a commonsense approach to doing business, J&B believes in the personal touch.
